Prior to starting the firm in 1990, Chuck worked at other local CPA firms after graduating from college. Chuck earned his degree in Accounting from Southern NH University in 1986 (formerly known as New Hampshire College) after graduating from Lebanon High School in 1982. Chuck has extensive experience in tax planning and preparation for closely held businesses, estates and trusts, individuals, and personal financial planning. He has special interests in business valuation and litigation services, where he has been called upon for expert testimony. In 2009, Chuck earned his Personal Financial Specialist (PFS) designation. He is also a member of The American Institute of CPAs and NH Society of CPAs. He is certified to practice in New Hampshire and Vermont. Chuck is married with two children and resides in Lebanon, NH. Outside of the office he enjoys playing soccer, traveling, and spending quality time with his family.

Josh graduated from Southern New Hampshire University in 2002 with a bachelor's degree in Accounting and a minor in Information Technology. Josh was brought on to our team on a full time basis in August 2006 after several years of splitting his time between our firm and Bridgman Valiante and Villard, PC. His concentration is in individual tax preparation although he often assists in various services provided by the firm. In December 2010, Josh earned his Enrolled Agents license. Josh enjoys playing softball, auto racing, hunting, bowling, and hanging out with his family. Josh lives in Hartland, Vermont with his wife Angela and daughter Kingston.

Janet graduated from Castleton State College in 1992 with a degree in Journalism. She began working with Charles F. Morgan CPA in 1996 after working several years in marketing and administrative support. Janet has been preparing payroll and individual tax returns along with managing the office for 15 years. Janet lives in Lebanon with her husband, Chuck. In her free time she enjoys scrapbooking, photography, reading, boating, traveling, and being a "soccer mom" to her two children, Nathaniel and Alexis.

Jenny was hired in October 2004 after graduating from Hartford High School with a concentration in Administration and Information Technology from the Hartford Area Career & Technology Center. As receptionist of our firm she greets clients, processes tax returns, and performs a variety of other administrative duties. Jenny currently resides, and owns a horse boarding facility in White River Junction, VT with her husband, daughter, son and their many animals. In Jenny's free time she enjoys horseback riding and spending as much time as possible with her family and pets.
